Shipping Area
We deliver orders within Finland and to the EU.
Shipping Methods and Costs:
We offer free shipping on orders over €99. For orders under €99, the shipping fee is €5.90.

Finland: Posti Economy €5.90 / order.

EU countries: Shipping fee is €17.90 / order.
Deliveries are primarily made to Posti or Matkahuolto parcel lockers or service points, but home delivery is also available.
Home Delivery (Note: Capital Region only)
We offer home delivery Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM within the Helsinki Metropolitan Area (Capital Region). The fee for home delivery is €10.00.
Please note: To ensure successful delivery and arrival notifications, customers must provide a valid phone number when placing the order.
We aim to dispatch items within 1–3 business days of receiving the order. Once dispatched, standard delivery via Posti typically takes 1–3 business days.
It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and report any significant delays to our customer service.
If an item has been damaged during transit, the customer must report it immediately to our customer service by email at: info@goalkeeperstore.fi
Payment Service Provider
The payment intermediation service and payment provider is Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc is shown as the payee on the bank statement or credit card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc holds a payment institution license. In case of complaints or claims, please contact the merchant directly in the first instance.
